Hi I’m Jennifer.

I support individuals and families through meaningful stages of growth, learning, and life transitions. Children, teenagers, and adults often come to counselling while navigating emotional challenges, and parents may be seeking guidance to strengthen their relationships with their children across different developmental stages. My role is to offer a steady, compassionate presence during these times of change.

I strive to meet clients where they are by using a person-centred, holistic approach that honours each individual’s unique experiences, developmental stage, and goals for therapy. I believe that therapy works best when it is collaborative, respectful, and tailored to the person sitting in the room.

Through a warm and supportive therapeutic relationship, clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered as they build confidence, gain clarity, and take meaningful steps forward at a pace that feels right for them.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Psychology and am currently completing my graduate training in counselling. For the past three years, I have worked at Westcoast Family Centres supporting children, youth, and families through supervised access and family services. In this role, I have worked with individuals and families impacted by addiction, poverty, trauma, depression, and anxiety, while continuing to develop my clinical skills through supervised practice.
