Hi, I’m Lacey, a Registered Clinical Counsellor, Canadian Certified Counsellor, EMDRIA-Certified EMDR Therapist, Approved EMDR Consultant, and clinical supervisor.

With extensive experience in complex trauma and diverse cultural, racial, and sexual orientations (LGBTQIA2S+), I approach therapy with respect, compassion, and understanding. I work from a client-centred approach, and incorporate my specialization in EMDR, DBT, and Progressive Counting.

Born in Northern BC, I am part Tahltan and Swiss, giving me insight into generational trauma and Indigenous issues. I also played a key role in the formation of the Indigenous Counsellors Association of BC. My flexible yet efficient therapeutic style supports self-discovery, healing, and self-acceptance, while focusing on resolving challenges as quickly as possible.

I’m neurodivergent-friendly (I have ADHD myself) and I provide an LGBTQIA2S+ positive space for all clients.
