However, somewhere along the line, all of us pick up unwanted negative beliefs such as “I’m not worthy,” “I’m not safe,” “I don’t belong,” “I’m not capable,” “I’m not good enough,” and others which are trapped in the body.

These negative beliefs give way to negative coping patterns and self-sabotage.

Furthermore, life experiences tend to magnify these beliefs and patterns until the point when one decides enough is enough, and they look for help.
