Hi, I’m Tessa (she/her), a Registered Psychologist with a passion for helping people thrive. I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Alberta. My journey began with five years of working with individuals with disabilities, which sparked my deep desire to unlock human potential.
I use a range of approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs, including EMDR, Person-Centered, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, DBT, CBT, Gottman Method couples therapy, and play therapy for children. My goal is to foster growth and transformation through compassionate, collaborative relationships.
I work with individuals, couples, families, and children to navigate challenges like grief, loss, self-esteem, stress, life transitions, conflict resolution, and communication. I also support clients facing complex issues such as domestic violence and suicidality. My focus is on helping clients build self-compassion, embrace their journey, and realize their full potential.
Let’s work together to ignite positive change and create a path to a more fulfilling life.
