Hi, I’m Jennifer, a Registered Psychologist in Alberta, Canada, specializing in individual and group EMDR therapy with advanced trainings in protocols like R-TEP, G-TEP, and STEP and have expertise in health-based EMDR, supporting clients with COVID-related and chronic trauma. Additionally, I am trained in Emotionally-Focused Therapy.
I provide a safe, supportive space where clients feel empowered to work through challenges like trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative, feedback-driven, and tailored to each client’s needs, fostering self-awareness and positive change.
Before psychology, I spent 20+ years in health and fitness, teaching yoga worldwide. As a single mom with ADHD raising two boys with ADHD, I value authenticity and resilience. Returning to school at 37 to complete my Master’s reflects my commitment to growth and perseverance.
