Jennifer, a Provisional Psychologist based in Alberta, Canada, brings a wealth of expertise to her role. She holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Alberta. Jennifer’s credentials include specialized training in EMDR, Recent Traumatic Episode Protocol (R-TEP), Group Traumatic Episode Protocol (G-TEP), and Self Care Traumatic Episode Protocol (STEP), enabling her to administer group EMDR therapy. She is actively preparing for the EPPP, with the goal of achieving full registration as a Psychologist by early 2024.
Jennifer’s professional contributions extend beyond her role at Grigore Counselling & Associates. She also collaborates with adult clients through Park Integrative Health, an integrative clinic that includes medical doctors. Driven by the co-founding doctor’s pioneering Long-Covid treatment program, Jennifer serves as the Lead EMDR therapist on Park Integrative Health’s Long-Covid Team. Her EMDR therapy has proven to be remarkably effective in addressing Covid-related trauma, alongside pre-existing trauma, while aiding clients in managing chronic and sometimes incapacitating concerns and symptoms.
