Hi I’m Ryan.
For the past 17 years, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with first responders, including nurses and police officers—supporting them through stress, trauma, addiction, and everything in between. I’ve also volunteered with the Crisis Centre for three years, walking alongside people through everything from daily overwhelm to moments of acute crisis. These experiences have taught me the deep value of listening, understanding, and showing up with compassion.
Now, as a supervised intern at Grigore Counselling & Associates, I work with teens, adults, and couples who are ready to quiet their inner critic, ease anxiety, and feel more present and connected in their lives. Whether you’re facing big life transitions or just trying to make sense of the daily mental noise, you don’t have to do it alone. Together, we’ll build tools for setting healthy boundaries, communicating with confidence, and navigating challenges with more clarity and calm.
I offer sessions both in-person and online, and as a student counsellor, my work is supported by the guidance of Founder & Clinical Director, Robert Grigore MCP, RCC, so you can feel secure in receiving thoughtful, layered care. If you’re ready to take the first step toward feeling more like yourself again (or meeting that version of you for the first time), I invite you to book a free 20-minute consultation. I’d be honoured to support you on your journey.
Fun Fact About Me: I love science fiction as well as musicals, but probably not together.
